'The Hills' Star Files for Divorce After Alleged Domestic Abuse Incident

Just 10 months after getting married, The Hills alum Audrina Patridge is divorcing her husband Corey Bohan.

They added that Corey and Audrina's relationship was "tumultuous from the beginning" and that the mum was making her daughter her "number one priority".

In the document, Audrina says that Corey has threatened suicide on multiple occasions, with the first instance being in July of this year when she was out of town on a business trip. "She loves giving Corey and I the biggest smiles".

Reports claim an act of domestic violence triggered the United States reality star's split from Corey Bohan, an Aussie BMX pro and dirt bike rider who she married in Hawaii on November 5, 2016.

The MTV star and Bohan share 14-month-old daughter Kirra, and Patridge wants sole physical and legal custody to prevent Bohan taking her back to his native Australia.

The reality star also reportedly filed for a restraining order citing alleged domestic violence incidents. Last weekend, the filing continued, the couple had a verbal confrontation when Bohan followed her onstage at a beauty event where she was a panelist.

The protective order request was filed on Monday (18Sep17) and Audrina's divorce papers hit the court two days later. "Audrina and Corey were at court yesterday".

Bohan "has become increasingly possessive, angry, agitated and jealous of my work and travel schedule", she claimed in the petition.
