Hillary Clinton Tracked Her Beauty Routine - & Discovered Something Shocking

"You like the thing you're told to like". While Obama was critical of those female Trump voters, she stated that her and former president Barack Obama are wishing Trump the best. And when it came to the avalanche of criticism and negative comments that were lobbed at Obama herself, she said that "each blow, each negative comment just made me stronger".

"Quite frankly, we saw this in this election, as far as I'm concerned, any woman who voted against Hillary Clinton voted against their own voice", Obama said, according to ABC News. She encouraged everyone to use their voice, speak up, and stay true to who they are.

Obama also took some time to touch on a few topics near and dear to her heart, including addressing the Republican party's continued (and unsuccessful) attempts to repeal the Affordable Care Act.

"We want the sitting President to be successful because we live in this country", she said. "He is our commander in chief, he was voted in", she said, adding that she knows from experience that "it is very hard to lead when you have a peanut gallery of people who don't know what they're talking about second-guessing what you do".

Since the 2016 election, countless articles and books have tackled the same quandry: just how it is that women could vote for President Donald Trump.

She famously said of Mrs Clinton's detractors: "When they go low, we go high".

The contract is worth $40m (£29m). Clinton candidly details her experience on the campaign trail in her new memoir, What Happened, and her beauty routine is not something she overlooked.

She said that she and Mr Obama have learned that part of their "legacy is leading with grace".

Hillary will also discuss the potential dangers the Trump presidency presents to the world as well as the double standards faced by women in politics.

Ms Albright later apologised.
